Job Overview

We are looking for a cooperative real estate specialist - part-time (on the project) to work with us as a collaborator for selling properties in our exclusive projects in Riyadh effectively

Responsibilities

* Marketing and selling available properties for sale, including apartments and villas

* Receiving and following up on calls, messages, and inquiries related to our projects

* Providing advice and guidance to clients on available properties and completing sales until the deal is done

* Committing to follow up with potential clients

* Committing to preparing daily reports

Requirements

* Must be a Saudi citizen

* Must be a resident of Riyadh.

* Previous experience in real estate sales (not less than 6 months).

* Previous experience in sales (not less than 6 months).

* Excellent communication skills.

* Commitment to seriousness and credibility in work

* Availability of a personal computer to use our systems

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure their brand voice and messaging are accurately represented.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement.

• Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
