Job: Professional Operations and Marketing Manager for Young Men or Women

Location: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a professional Operations and Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations and develop effective marketing strategies for our new project. The candidate must be able to manage and coordinate different teams and ensure that operational and marketing objectives are achieved efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with business operations and management.
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
• The ability to work under pressure and achieve goals on time.
• High communication and coordination skills.
• The applicant should have knowledge of the local market.
• Experience in dealing with new projects or startups is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in digital marketing (including managing social media, SEO, and SEM).
• Analytical skills to measure and improve marketing campaigns.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute.
• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Incentives and salaries will be based on a trial period of 3 months starting from 20% commission, and upon completion of the trial period, there will be an initial salary of 4000 Riyals + 20% salary after the trial period. Please do not apply if you do not agree to the initial trial period.
