General Objective:
The digital marketing specialist works on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X. They also focus on search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the visibility of websites and maps links on search engines, as well as being knowledgeable and familiar with tracking strategies and data analysis aimed at developing campaigns and ensuring the highest return on investment (ROI).
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Prepare and launch promotional campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X, adjusting their settings according to the campaign's objectives.
- Design and plan advertising campaigns based on the needs of the target audience and the marketing goal, continuously analyzing performance and updating them to achieve the best results.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Enhance the company's or products' websites to improve their ranking in search results across major search engines.
- Research and analyze keywords, and apply best practices to optimize the site, such as improving titles, descriptions, and meta tags.
- Data Analysis and Campaign Tracking:
- Prepare and analyze campaign performance using advanced tracking tools and determine key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Set up and connect pixels for advertising platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Google Tag Manager to measure, track, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Developing and Improving Campaigns:
- Review the periodic performance of campaigns and analyze the obtained results, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Test and develop new strategies such as improving target audience, and experimenting with different advertising content (A/B Testing).
- Preparing Advertising Plans:
- Prepare detailed plans for advertising campaigns that include goals, budgets, timelines, and proposed implementation methods.
- Provide clear and comprehensive insights on how to deploy resources to reach the target audience.
- Preparing Detailed Reports:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance that include results, analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations.
- Provide periodic reports to management and stakeholders outlining the degree of achieving campaign goals and any required improvements.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing, especially on advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in preparing advertising campaigns and SEO.
- The ability to analyze data and extract insights, focusing on performance improvement.
- Skills in writing and developing comprehensive and professional advertising plans.
