Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Specialist located in Riyadh. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Conducting market research
• Managing Digital Marketing
• Creating marketing plans
• Analyzing market trends
• Coordinating with sales teams
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Experience in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
• Experience in the retail sector is a must

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage content creation for digital platforms including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Handle Snapchat content creation and scheduling, including stories, promotions, and engagement tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of events and product launches.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support in budget planning and track marketing expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience managing social media platforms, especially Snapchat.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design or marketing tools (*, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
