About the Job
As an Events Marketing Specialist at Calo, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing various events aimed at supporting our business objectives in Saudi Arabia. Calo is dedicated to providing personalized meal plans using nutritional algorithms, designed with care by chefs and nutritionists.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who will handle a wide range of events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize offline events like product launches, sports events, health fairs, and community gatherings while managing budgets and timelines.
  • Stakeholders Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop event marketing materials and promotional booths in line with Calo’s brand guidelines.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee setup, catering, and all logistical details of events, ensuring permits and insurance are in place.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety procedures during events.
  • Audience Engagement: Create engaging activities to educate attendees about our healthy meal plans.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback to assess event success and prepare reports.

Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Creative thinker able to adapt to changes and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
