• Customer reception: Welcoming customers and providing assistance to them with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Identifying customer needs: Listening attentively to customers' preferences and desires in finding the perfect perfume.
• Providing advice: Offering personalized recommendations to customers based on their taste, personality, and the occasions for which they intend to use the oud or perfume.
• Displaying products: Showcasing a wide range of perfumes and oud in an attractive and interesting way, explaining the components and benefits of each perfume.
• Completing sales transactions: Recording sales and managing payments effectively and efficiently.
