Find a female employee to work in a photography studio in Riyadh, Al-Falah neighborhood. It is preferable that her residence is in the north of Riyadh to be close to the workplace. She should love photography and be open to learning it so she can be trained to work as a photographer. She should have knowledge in technical matters and computer programs. Working hours are 6 hours from 4 PM to 1030 PM. The salary will be determined after the interview.

About the Job:
We seek a dynamic and creative Communications and Events Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Communications and Events, this role will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies and managing high-profile events that align with our organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate communications and event planning background, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Events Management:
  • Support the organization of corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, etc.
  • Assist in event logistics, including coordinating venue selection, managing supplier relationships, and tracking budgets.
  • Help develop event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event activities with company objectives and branding guidelines.
  • Collect feedback from attendees and prepare a post-event report for review.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and communication initiatives.
  • Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support event needs.
  • Ensure event materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards, including buildup materials and any branding elements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely and quality delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor event space arrangements, ensuring they meet requirements and reflect the company’s image.
  • Oversee event setup and teardown processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Communications:
  • Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
  • Craft compelling written content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and event collateral.
  • Support the management of the company’s online presence, including updates to the corporate website and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide analysis and reporting to management.
  • Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments in alignment with the company’s tone of voice and community management guidelines.
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics, providing insights to improve community interaction.

Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, and event management.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events of various scales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritise tasks effectively.

About the Job:

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a SAP Financials Accounting consultant for the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP financial solutions for finance work-streams such as accounting, cost controls, asset accounting, treasury, and risk management.
• Drive solutions in the SAP Finance & Costing functions by integrating with modules like SAP SD, MM, and QM, and support data practice establishment via BODS.
• Design and generate financial reports using SAP S/4HANA to support management decision-making.
• Manage Finance stakeholders and drive the SAP FICO project pipeline.
• Lead Finance support queues, both internal and external.
• Oversee requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and support of SAP FICO systems.
• Monitor tickets and manage SAP FICO SLAs effectively.
• Manage SAP FICO projects, change requests, incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
• Lead process improvement plans for SAP FICO to maximize system utilization and improve reporting tools.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Monitor SAP FICO Idocs, error handling, and integration with other modules.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• A University Degree from an internationally recognized institution in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of consulting experience with SAP Finance Products, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
• At least 4 complete lifecycles of SAP with 1 S4 HANA implementation experience in Finance (General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.).
• Well-versed with financial statement version setup and configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP deployment options and their association with Finance solutions/products.
