In this crucial role, you will supervise aircraft maintenance personnel while managing the assigned aircraft production. You will develop an executable daily maintenance plan, ensuring all required parts and tools are available, and coordinate the efficient execution of assigned work. All work must be thoroughly documented in our maintenance database.

Responsibilities:

• Assign and supervise all employees in the work group, ensuring compliance with methods, materials, and procedures according to approved data.
• Oversee employees and identify training needs.
• Determine the need for overtime on certain tasks and whether additional equipment is necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of program and Alsalam safety requirements to prevent violations.
• Suggest cost-effective processes to reduce waste and increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Implement continuous improvement activities and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees to achieve production goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of formal technical school.
• At least 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations.
• 5 years of Military Aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) required.

Job Overview: The Production Supervisor will lead a team within a production unit to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into complete products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing/assembly team performance management.
• Ensuring that production scheduling and plans meet volume requirements.
• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
• Identifying deficiencies and proposing improvement activities.
• Overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.
• Compiling reports about production for management updates.
• Improving HSE culture on the shop-floor.
• Documenting regulatory compliance.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

• 10 years in switchgear production, manpower planning, shop floor management, HSE.
• Strong documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Education and Certification: Diploma degree is a minimum requirement.

About the Role:
As a Production Foreman at Kirby Building Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing production operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising the production staff and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive daily production plans and job priorities from the Senior Production Supervisor.
• Allocate job assignments to the Leadmen and operators.
• Provide technical and administrative support to peers as needed.
• Study technical drawings and advise on critical requirements.
• Create reservations for daily raw material needs.
• Coordinate with Quality Control for quality assurance.
• Implement safety procedures in collaboration with HSE.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize scrap and rework.
• Prepare daily completion reports and monitor production metrics.
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings for safety awareness.

Experience and Qualifications:
You should have 7+ years of experience as a Production Foreman in a reputable sandwich panel manufacturing environment or possess 10+ years as a Leadsman in a manufacturing industry with relevant experience. A basic education with a diploma is required.
