Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate all engineering activities of the Branch Office.

• Attend progress and technical meetings, providing technical proposals and suggestions.
• Manage the Technical Office teams on Technical and Department issues.
• Oversee the tendering process for civil engineering projects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze project specifications for accurate pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized university.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a Technical Office Managerial position.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• PMP Certification is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and engineering software.
