Main Responsibilities:
  • Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with SPIMACO’s goals and culture.
  • Content Creation Coordination: Work with the content creation team to ensure timely production of communication materials.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Foster a positive work culture through effective internal activities.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute internal events such as town halls and employee recognition programs.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure communication consistency across SPIMACO Group.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather employee feedback to continuously improve communication plans.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure internal communications align with SPIMACO’s brand and values.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National with a bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Marketing, Pharma, or related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and event management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset and passion for employee experiences.
