Join Our Team as a Procurement Specialist Trainee!
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist Trainee to join our Procurement team as part of the Tamheer program. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain management, and vendor relations. You will work under the guidance of experienced procurement professionals and gain valuable insights into the strategies and processes that drive our organization’s purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts.
  • Support the review of supplier proposals and assist in vendor selection.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate pricing trends.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for product specifications.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and contribute to vendor performance evaluations.
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels and order fulfillment.
  • Support the development of procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Meet the requirements of Tamheer Program.
  • Good English Language.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
