1. Applying the provisions of the Law on Regulating Human Food Surveillance, and preparing related decisions and technical requirements
2. Proposing policies and establishing guidelines, plans, and regulations related to food safety and suitability throughout the stages of the food chain

Ensuring the proper way to store products

Checking the refrigerators in the branches and their temperature

Controlling the condition of the products and how they are displayed

1. Ensuring the safety and suitability of the products offered to customers

1. Implementing health preventive measures throughout the stages of the food chain, according to principles, standards, and scientific evidence based on a risk analysis approach, ensuring consumer health, and executing these measures transparently, objectively, and independently

Sending a daily report on the condition of the products and the branches scheduled for visits

1. Participating in preparing, reviewing, and developing standard food specifications and their technical regulations

Establishing and implementing effective food tracking systems, and withdrawing food that does not comply with the approved technical requirements,

- Work in the laboratory. 

1- Testing raw materials

2- Testing the final product.

- ⁠Verification of product specifications.

1- Preparing reports on the product/raw materials compliance with the applicable standards.

- ⁠Applying the quality manual. 

1- Preparing periodic production reports

2- Preparing periodic laboratory reports.

3- Preparing periodic manufacturing reports.
