First: Customer Service Department Tasks
1. Communicating with customers:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers during the booking process.
2. Problem solving:
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues related to bookings or units.
• Coordinating with internal teams and hosts to address any urgent matters.
3. Managing customer experience:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with the provided service.
• Collecting feedback and evaluations from customers to improve the booking experience.
Guidance and counseling:
• Assisting customers in choosing the appropriate units according to their needs.
• Providing tips and guidance on travel destinations and available services.
Updating the database:
• Recording customer and booking information in the systems.
• Ensuring that the unit and available offers data are up to date.
Monitoring the performance of hosts and units to ensure compliance with quality standards. Periodic reviews of customer data and evaluations. Conducting inspections
• Visiting housing units to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Reviewing images and advertisements of units posted on the platform Customer Service and Quality
Requirements
- Open for all nationalities
- Requires 0-1 Year experience
- Beginner in English
