Position Summary
As a Spa Receptionist at The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh, you will be responsible for scheduling services for both individuals and large groups using our spa/salon reservations software. Your role includes calling guests to confirm scheduled services and answering their inquiries about available services.
Key Responsibilities
- Update the reservations and cancellations list throughout the day.
- Inform providers of any last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Check-in guests for their appointments by confirming their first and last names, and provide general orientation upon their arrival.
- Promote and sell spa and salon services.
- Process payments for spa services and manage cash tips for employees
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager.
- Follow all company policies and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Less than 1-year related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
