Receptionist

A general admin, for being in charge of the office, it's requirments. Record keeping and organisation, recording expenses for accounting purposes.

5 days a week, 9am to 5pm

·        Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

·        Registers sales on a cash register, operating bowling system, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases.

·        Resolve customer issues and answers questions and report back to management.

·        Ensure accurate cash handling as to not have any discrepancies.

·        Ensure that the sufficient cash float is available at the cashier drawer.

·        Count the cash float at the beginning of each shift and ensure that the amounts are correct with adequate change and Responsible for handling the cash float in your allotted cashier station.

·        Adhere to uniform standards at all times.

·        Know the FoodX functions and table numbers thoroughly.

·        Opening and closing procedures are to be followed strictly as per the standards.

·        Perform Cashier checklist as per the standard.

·        Responsible for printing the checks (Bill) as per the Waiter’s request.

·        Responsible for receiving the closed checks with proper amount.

·        Ensure that to settle the bill with appropriate change if needed.

·        Close the table as soon as the bill is settled.

·        Calculate the total payments received in a time period by money, span, credit and debit cards sales transactions are tallies with sales report.

·        Ensure that to count the money and the transactions through Span, Credit & Debit cards before remit the sales transactions.

·        Ensure to remit the sales (money, span, credit & debit cards transactions) before end of each shift.

·        Maintain good body language, posture, and good personal hygiene at all times.
