As a Receptionist in the Construction & Building industry, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of the office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with document preparation and reporting.
  • Respond to inquiries about the company and its services.
  • Coordinate with various departments for operational efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support HR with onboarding processes for new employees.
