Join the team at Mandrin Al-Shamal for a fulfilling role as a Hotel Receptionist.
As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Present and explain the array of services we offer to our guests.
  • Manage hotel pricing and organize billing accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain composure under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Capable of interacting confidently with the public.
  • Good command of English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level experience (up to 3 years).
