Reception officials during the company event (number of attendees 365 guests):

1- Receive guests at the reception platform

2- Hand each guest a name card

3- Hand each guest a gift of the event

4- Guide guests to the communication areas and halls

Guests from English speakers.. The speed of handing out name cards is very important to prevent congestion at the registration area. The event date is October 28 from 8 AM to 5 PM
