Research and Development Engineer

The business development engineer is responsible for researching, planning, and executing new business development opportunities to increase growth and revenue. He works on identifying new clients, developing relationships with existing clients, and analyzing market trends to improve performance and achieve the strategic goals of the company. He also collaborates with various teams within the company to ensure the success of projects and expansions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to expand the client network and increase market share.
• Analyze targeted markets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate with clients.
• Work on improving and developing products and services to meet market needs.
• Analyze financial data and prepare performance reports.
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences to represent the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of business development plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience of not less than 35 years in business development, marketing, or project management.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Good knowledge of market trends and best practices in business development.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
