As a multi-award-winning, high-end café renowned for exceptional coffee and exquisite pastries, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Laysen Valley location in Riyadh starting Q42024. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience and driving the restaurant’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and health regulations compliance.
• Manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Handle the restaurant's budget and analyze financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold high service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Available to start in October - November 2024.
• Minimum of 35 years in restaurant management, ideally in fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for service.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
