Join Sephora as a Retail Manager!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on sales and KPI performance targets.
  • Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards across Sephora stores.
  • Provide leadership and develop store teams to achieve performance objectives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead by example in enhancing customer service experience.

Store Management:
  • Organize back-of-house operations in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes.
  • Optimize operations for productivity and efficiency.

People Development:
  • Define and follow up on people development plans.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop exceptional talent.
  • Lead by example to drive service culture and customer engagement.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or operations within the beauty, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the beauty industry.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
