Job Offer: Sales Manager for Hypermarkets and Supermarkets
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Riyadh and Jeddah
Department: Sales, Hypermarket / Supermarket / E-commerce Stores
Required Experience: At least 3 years in the field of hypermarket sales or wholesale sales of healthy food products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth objectives.
  • Manage a sales team to ensure daily and monthly goals are met.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the sales department in hypermarkets and supermarkets, and provide regular reports on product performance.
  • Identify market needs and work to meet those needs by enhancing partnerships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate wholesale sales operations for healthy food products for distributors and e-commerce stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales operations are optimized.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotions and discounts to increase sales.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate reorders to ensure product availability.
  • Open accounts for e-commerce stores and supermarkets.
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Collect amounts and invoice clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Experience of at least 3 years in hypermarket sales or wholesale sales of healthy food products.
  • Strong experience in managing sales teams and guiding them towards achieving goals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the supermarket and e-commerce sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Able to analyze and make decisions based on data.
  • Proficient in using computer programs related to sales and marketing (such as Excel and CRM software).
  • Communication and organizational skills.
