• Lead a team of Sales Supervisors and frontline sales associates towards achieving targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers to reach common objectives.
• Respond effectively to product inquiries and provide accurate quotations to clients.
• Facilitate the prospecting of new clients and develop accounts.
• Support sales growth by following up on orders, stock, and deliveries.
• Provide market feedback to commercial teams on product movement.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on budget requirements.
• Motivate team members and foster a continuous development environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Over 10 years of experience in distribution & retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing teams and developing sales strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
