Job Summary
The Account Manager at Salam plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned market sectors. Your primary focus will be to develop and perform all sales activities, catering to existing clients and prospects, while achieving both qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Exceed revenue and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
  • Generate new business through phone interactions, customer visits, and events.
  • Prepare and develop proposals to present to clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Engage the presale team to ensure accurate specifications to facilitate sales.
  • Accurately report sales activities for the Sales Operations team.

Performance Outcomes
  • Overachieve targets to meet company objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships to secure revenue growth.
  • Effectively explain and propose ITC services to customers.
  • Ensure customer needs are fully met with tailored ITC solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales technical team for accurate scoping and winning proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer data for relationship management.

Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities
  • BSc. or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to multitask.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of telecom and IT services.
