Job Title: Manager (Sales and Business Development)

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Pre-Sales and Sales Senior Manager to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience in the Saudi Arabian IT market, with a strong background in both pre-sales and sales functions. This role requires an energetic individual who can lead the sales process from initial client engagement to closing deals, ensuring the delivery of tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of the company.
  • Provide technical and strategic support during the pre-sales phase, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop high-quality proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our IT services and solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales and pre-sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in pre-sales and sales within the IT services industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English as well as Arabic.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian IT market, including key players, regulatory environment, and market trends.
  • Network: Must have a strong network and relationships with the potential client procurement team and leadership.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, pre-sales, or project management are preferred.
