Join S3 Information Technology as a Sales Manager!
We are a leading IT & Security solutions provider with a vibrant presence across the GCC region. As a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales objectives while managing a dedicated sales team.
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving state sales targets and managing the sales and support team.
  • Identify business opportunities from existing clients in the Saudi Arabian market and acquire new business.
  • Target new clients, turning cold calls into sales.
  • Build a personal sales pipeline and team to ensure long-term success.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients and propose fitting solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Assist the team and be accountable for achieving the team’s sales revenue.
  • Regular follow-ups on leads and sales inquiries.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle independently and assist the sales team as needed.
  • Sell the company's products and services by forming connections and developing relationships.
  • Must be able to achieve revenue goals and gross margin targets.
  • Provide detailed activity and sales reports regularly (weekly and monthly).

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager with 510 years of IT sales experience and a proven track record. Excellent team management, communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with IT solutions sales experience in Saudi Arabia, and a valid driving license is required.
