Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the KSA market.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client needs are met.
- Expand the company's market presence by identifying emerging trends and adapting strategies.
- Prepare proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth and client retention.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure deals.
- Travel within KSA for client meetings and industry events as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT or bespoke engineering services.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including key industry players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
