Join Our Team as a Sales HoReCa Manager!
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales HoReCa Manager at Health Water Bottling Co. Nova to lead our sales efforts in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering sector. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional materials targeting the HoReCa market.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Train and mentor sales team members.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote our offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adapt strategies.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management in FMCG or HoReCa.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong networking skills within the HoReCa industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
