Job Description:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Targeting and visiting engineering companies, consultants, designers, and contractors, scheduling appointments with them, and identifying and targeting potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors interested in implementing building facades and finishes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Conducting thorough research on potential clients and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns quickly and professionally.
- Presenting and reviewing green building solutions products to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Preparing and delivering attractive sales proposals and contracts.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Achieving and exceeding specified sales targets.
- Staying informed of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Providing regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience: 13 years in the field of construction materials and contracting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to use a vehicle.
- English language proficiency in speaking and writing.
- Presentations in Arabic and English.
