·      Using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to manage customer information, track sales activities, and create reports.

·      Performing general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining files and records, and scheduling appointments.

·      Managing customer accounts.

·      Maintaining customer records and assessing their satisfaction and collecting feedback.
