Sales Representative

بيع وتسويق الأجهزة الإلكترونية، سواء من خلال زيارة العملاء أو استقبالهم داخل المتجر. تشمل المهام:

• تقديم عروض منتجات الشركة وشرح مواصفاتها الفنية للعملاء.
• متابعة طلبات العملاء والإجابة على استفساراتهم بشأن المنتجات.
• تنفيذ عمليات البيع داخل المتجر وضمان تقديم خدمة متميزة للعملاء.
• إعداد تقارير المبيعات والمتابعة مع الإدارة حول الأداء.
• المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المنتجات في المتجر والتأكد من عرضها بشكل جذاب.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية وزيادة قاعدة العملاء.

لمهارات المطلوبة:

• مهارات التواصل الفعّال وخدمة العملاء.
• القدرة على إقناع العملاء وتحقيق المبيعات.
• معرفة جيدة بالأجهزة الإلكترونية والتقنيات الحديثة.

Sales and Marketing of Electronic Devices, whether through visiting clients or serving them in-store. Responsibilities include:

• Presenting the company’s products and explaining their technical specifications to customers.
• Following up on customer orders and answering their inquiries about the products.
• Conducting sales transactions within the store and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Preparing sales reports and providing performance updates to management.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store's products and ensuring their attractive display.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and expanding the customer base.
