Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing the suitable product for them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions at the time and following the special instructions for reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service through treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them sufficient attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining constant communication with the customer via phone, SMS, and mail, and informing the customer about all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace

- Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the full official uniform

- Following the management instructions regarding the work regulations that have previously been distributed, such as (the regulations regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, business visits, vacations, etc.)
