We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales policies and strategies for our esteemed organization, مؤسسة المنظومة المتطورة الطبية.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales policies and ensure their implementation while evaluating results.
  • Conduct market studies and set marketing goals and sales methods.
  • Propose sales strategies and monitor their implementation.
  • Engage with customers to identify their issues and monitor competitors.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and propose corrective plans.
  • Prepare and present specialized reports related to sales.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Additional Information:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Advanced research and reporting skills.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional certification is preferred.
