Sales Specialist required to work for a leading company in the field of recruiting domestic workers, where the responsibility is to achieve sales targets and develop relationships with existing customers and attract new clients. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in sales with a high ability to communicate, persuade, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities and managing the sales process from start to finish • Preparing and presenting sales proposals to potential clients • Regularly following up with clients and providing support and appropriate solutions for their needs • Analyzing the market and competitors and providing periodic reports on sales performance • Participating in trade fairs and events to represent the company • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets • Building and enhancing relationships with key clients
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Objectives
- Working to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Developing the customer base and attracting new clients for recruitment services.
- Communicating with Clients
- Receiving client inquiries about recruitment services and providing them with complete information.
- Explaining recruitment procedures, available nationalities, costs, and the expected time frame.
- Building strong relationships with clients to maintain their satisfaction and increase loyalty to the company.
- Preparing Offers and Closing Deals
- Providing price quotes to clients based on their requirements and budgets.
- Negotiating with clients and convincing them of the services offered and closing sales transactions.
- Ensuring contracts are signed and payments are received in accordance with company policies.
- Follow-up on Recruitment Procedures
- Coordinating with internal departments (such as Human Resources, Government Relations) to finalize recruitment procedures.
- Following up on the status of client requests and informing them of any updates regarding the recruited workforce.
- Resolving any problems clients may face during the recruitment stages and dealing with them professionally.
- After-sales Service
- Communicating with clients after the arrival of domestic workers to ensure their satisfaction with the service.
- Handling any complaints or inquiries after the recruitment process and coordinating with the relevant departments.
