Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to customers effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms where necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
