- Achieving the monthly sales target.
- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entrance to the showroom.
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting the appropriate product to them.
- Dealing with customer complaints positively, trying to solve the problem, and escalating the issue to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found.
- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions and following the special instructions for reserving goods.
- Providing high-quality customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them sufficient attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer through phone calls, text messages, mail, and all available methods, keeping the customer informed about everything new in goods and services.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace.
- Maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to the complete formal uniform.
- Following management instructions regarding labor laws that have been previously circulated, such as (circulars regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and locations, vacations, and so on).
- Keeping the storage of goods organized and maintaining its cleanliness.
- Working with other team members in the periodic inventory process.
- Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of goods and products.
- Following the company's security and safety instructions and fully cooperating with the security department in this regard.
- Working to attract new customers, maintaining current customers, and encouraging previous customers (who stopped buying for various reasons) to return to purchasing.
- Continuously arranging goods in the showroom and returning them to their original position after completing the sales process and re-displaying the items sold from the showroom from the stock of the warehouses.
- Reviewing with the showroom manager for any issue that hinders the workflow to resolve it.
- Following all instructions issued by the management.
