Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to enhance our marketing and sales efforts at مجمع صالح محمد سليمان السلامه الطبي. This role is pivotal in developing and executing our sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales policies, ensure their implementation, and evaluate outcomes.
• Analyze market developments, set marketing goals, and estimate potential sales volume.
• Propose and execute effective sales techniques and promotional programs.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs, track competitors, and devise strategies to mitigate future risks.
• Assess the sales team’s performance against targets and suggest corrective actions.
• Prepare specialized sales documentation and reports, offering suitable recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising & Marketing Communication, E-commerce, or Sales Management.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in a sales role.

Skills:

• Strong customer service and research skills.
• Advanced reporting and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent marketing principles understanding and sales activities coordination.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• CIT - Computer Information Technology
• PHRi - Professional in Human Resources - International
• PMI - Project Management Institute Certification
• CAME - PSC - Professional Salesman Certificate

Languages:

• Advanced proficiency in Arabic, English, and Urdu.

Work Hours: Evening shifts

Salary Range: 4000 to 6000 SR (subject to change post-interview and contract signing).
