Job Description:

We are a company specialized in specialty coffee looking for a professional and creative sales supervisor, with experience in building teams and achieving growth. You will be responsible for establishing a strong sales team and a solid customer base, as well as regularly studying and analyzing the market to achieve sustainable growth in sales volume.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Establish and develop a specialized and efficient sales team.

2. Regularly analyze and study the market to monitor performance indicators and available opportunities.

3. Strategically build and expand the customer base.

4. Achieve sales targets and provide performance reports to management.

5. Develop strategies to increase sales volume and achieve growth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supervising sales teams or in leadership positions in sales.

• Ability to analyze data and understand market dynamics.
