About the Role:
This position as a Sales Supervisor at NADEC Foods is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to lead and manage a dynamic sales team, implementing sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets in the contract farming sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets through guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in agriculture and food processing sectors.
  • Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide customized sales solutions.
  • Collaborate with agronomists and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct sales performance analysis and provide regular reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and explore partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and enhance brand recognition.
  • Stay updated on market and regulatory developments impacting contract farming.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred; MBA or Masters is a plus.
  • Over 4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in agriculture or contract farming.
