- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets through guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation.
- Identify and engage potential clients in agriculture and food processing sectors.
- Build strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide customized sales solutions.
- Collaborate with agronomists and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Conduct sales performance analysis and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and explore partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and enhance brand recognition.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred; MBA or Masters is a plus.
- Over 4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in agriculture or contract farming.
