Job Title: Sales Supervisor



Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and organize client-specific events.
  • Provide support and advice to clients regarding various events to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including planning and execution, to ensure the success of each event.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve set targets through effective strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand and meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and analyze sales performance for better results.
  • Track and evaluate sales results, providing periodic reports to management for performance improvement.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.



Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or event organization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build fruitful relationships with clients.
  • High ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
  • Organizational and time management skills to ensure smooth execution of events.
