About the Role:
NADEC Foods is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will lead and manage the sales team, drive sales initiatives, and achieve revenue targets for our contract farming services. Join us in our mission to provide healthy and nutritious food solutions to our customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation.
• Identify and target potential clients in agriculture and food processing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
• Conduct sales performance analysis and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and build professional networks.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional materials to support sales efforts.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in agriculture or contract farming.
