We have a vacancy under the title (Security Supervisors) who will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing work teams: Leading and supervising security teams, distributing tasks and responsibilities among them.

Developing security policies: Establishing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the facility, employees, and visitors.

Monitoring and surveillance systems: Monitoring security and surveillance systems, such as surveillance cameras and fire alarm systems, and ensuring their safety and effectiveness.

Conducting security assessments: Performing periodic assessments of security risks and providing detailed reports on security incidents.

Coordinating with security authorities: Collaborating with police and local authorities on security matters and incidents.

Providing training: Organizing workshops and training courses for employees on security and safety procedures.

Managing incidents: Responding to security incidents, coordinating investigations, and reporting on incidents and alarms.

Effective communication: Maintaining continuous communication with upper management about potential security challenges and threats.

Hiring and evaluating staff: Participating in the hiring and evaluation process of new security personnel.

Monitoring access cards and identity: Ensuring the examination of visitors' and employees' identities and ensuring the implementation of an effective entry system.
