Are you passionate about customer service and sales? At Furniture Land Co., we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to welcome customers in our showroom and assist them in selecting the perfect furniture.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional customer service and support to all clients.
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture while presenting and explaining product features.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
  • Organize displays and monitor stock levels to ensure a smoothly operating showroom.

Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Planning and analytical skills, with market insight.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and decision-making capacity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the furniture sector).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.

Cleanliness and Overall Appearance
  • Adhere to the dress code and maintain personal appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, high customer service, and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale devices and sales systems.
