Salesperson at a Chocolate Exhibition

Job Objective:
To provide a distinctive experience for customers by selling chocolate products and responding to their inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Selling Products:
- Advising customers on different types of chocolate.
- Achieving sales targets set by management.
- Handling payments and issuing invoices.
- Customer Service:
- Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Processing complaints and feedback professionally.
- Providing accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Exhibition Appearance:
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the exhibition.
- Displaying products attractively to attract customers.
- Team Communication:
- Cooperating with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participating in regular meetings to exchange ideas and enhance performance.
- Computer Usage:
- Data entry and report preparation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Managing inventory and tracking orders through computer systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the food sector).
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with customers.
- Proficiency in using smartphone applications and social media.
- Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
