• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain excellent customer relations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends to optimize engagement.
• Work with photographers and designers to produce high-quality visuals.
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Support digital advertising efforts, including paid campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with innovative content ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Passion for the food and restaurant industry.

• Create visually and textually engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) aligned with brand voice.
• Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Photograph & event coverage: Capture and edit photos/videos for real-time event updates and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
