In this role, you will be responsible for managing store inventory, ensuring safety standards, and optimizing stock levels using Oracle-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety standards inside store and storage areas.
  • Verify incoming quantities and maintain organized inventory.
  • Recommend stocking of spare parts and optimize inventory levels.
  • Issue inventory spares as approved and update records in Oracle Fusion.
  • Raise purchase requests for replenishing stock.
  • Assist with work orders and ensure sufficient diesel stock.
  • Manage housekeeping of the store and waste management within workshop premises.
  • Adhere to WOs and procedures in Oracle Fusion.
  • Assist in generating store reports for the Inventory supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain logistics/management is an advantage.
  • 23 years experience in store inventory management systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of Oracle-based inventory management (Oracle Fusion, SAP, etc.) is desirable.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
