We are seeking a skilled and reliable Freelance Videographer for a 2-month contract to support our Moving Scientific Exhibition in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Dammam, Ha'il, Makkah, Abha
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Duration: 1 Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture daily highlights of the exhibition, including interactive activities, student engagement, and venue setup.
• Deliver one edited video (12 minutes) per day summarizing exhibition activities.
• Provide a set of professionally edited photos for each school or location visited.
• Coordinate with the exhibition and communications teams to ensure key moments and branding are captured.
• Maintain an organized archive of footage and photos throughout the journey.
• Travel with the exhibition team and adapt to various locations and shooting environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in videography, preferably for educational, public engagement, or field-based projects.
• Proficient in editing software (*, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Equipped with personal professional-grade camera gear, lenses, audio equipment, and editing tools.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple cities.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

About the Role:
An advertising agency announces its desire to add a professional photographer to its creative team, to work from the company's headquarters in Al-Marsalat neighborhood – Riyadh.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct product, person, and advertising project photo shoots professionally.
• Oversee site preparation, lighting, and backgrounds to ensure the best quality.
• Collaborate with the design and creative team to produce visual content with the highest quality standards.
• Manage and process photos using professional editing software.
• Archive and organize image files systematically and methodically.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in professional photography, preferably in the advertising field.
• Proficient in using professional photography equipment and editing software such as (Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Ability to innovate, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to deadlines and ability to work within a dynamic team.
• Full availability and work from the company's headquarters in Al-Marsalat neighborhood – Riyadh.
