Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Fine Dining Waiters and Senior Waiters to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, escorting them to their tables.
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, maintaining an understanding of the menu.
• Process guest orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes with grace, adhering to etiquette and timing standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables throughout the shift.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in managing shifts and training junior staff (for Senior Waiters).

Qualifications:

• Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum 2 years of experience; Senior Fine Dining Waiter: 35 years experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and beverage pairings.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

Job Overview
Join us at Cipriani as a Waiter, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued guests. You will play a key role in ensuring a memorable dining experience through your efficient, professional, and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverage items in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to offer suggestions based on guest preferences
• Ensure the dining area is clean and organized
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to inquiries
• Clean tables and counters after guests finish dining
• Comply with Cipriani's rules and regulations
• React quickly and appropriately in emergency situations

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in the primary languages used in the workplace
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to perform essential job functions accurately and safely
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and remain active during shifts

Working Conditions
You will mainly work indoors with a controlled environment. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet business needs.

Education and Experience
Preferred candidates will have a high school or equivalent education along with a minimum of one year of serving experience.
