Responsibilities:

• Assist in the restaurant cleaning in the morning.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Help the captain waiter in the restaurant setup.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and a clean appearance.
• Assist in mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Assist the captain waiter by placing food plates on clients' tables.
• Change ashtrays and refill glasses during service.
• Clear tables after meals and clean them.
• Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions diligently.
