Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the storage and logistical operations of the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse employees and ensure they are performing to the best of their abilities.
- Inspect goods and ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle customer requests and address any issues promptly.
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Brief team leaders on operational updates and expectations daily.
- Plan future capacity requirements to meet operational needs.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems where appropriate.
